What is the optimum temperature range for your Beta-Glucanase enzyme?
Our standard Beta-Glucanase products perform optimally within a temperature range of 50°C to 65°C (122°F - 149°F). For animal feed pelleting, which uses short bursts of extreme heat, we offer a specialized thermophilic coated/granulated format that tolerates temperature spikes up to 85°C (185°F) without losing its active structure.
How does your factory measure and guarantee enzymatic activity?
Every batch undergoes spectrophotometric testing using standard DNS reducing sugar assays. Activity is defined in Units (U), representing the amount of enzyme that releases 1 μmol of reducing sugar (equivalent to glucose) from beta-glucan per minute under standardized assay conditions (pH 5.0, 50°C).
What are the packaging, shelf-life, and storage requirements for bulk exports?
We pack our industrial enzymes in 25 kg fiber drums or reinforced liquid IBC containers. Liquid forms have a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months when stored at 4°C - 8°C, while our powder formulations remain stable for 24 months if kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
